煤的力学性能测定实验研究

摘要:

本文通过三轴压缩、剪切、劈裂和硬度系数测定等试验,全面了解山西朔州东易煤矿9#煤力学性能参数;通过三向压缩试验,得到煤样的内聚力为C=4.87MPa,内摩擦角为 ;通过剪切试验,得到煤样的内聚力 ,和内摩擦角 ;两种试验得到的结果相差较大,这是因为煤样层理对剪切强度影响大,而对三轴压缩强度影响小。煤样抗拉强度最大值为2.19 MPa,最小值为0.74 MPa,变异系数为0.293。煤样压入硬度的最大值为613.06 MPa,最小值为439.17 MPa,变异系数为0.084。塑性系数的最大值为3.00,最小值为1.20,变异系数为0.26。实验表明,该煤质坚固程度为中等坚固~软,岩石级别为Ⅴ~Ⅷ。通过对煤质的力学性能测试,为该矿割煤机等采煤机械的配型选择提供了技术支持和科学依据。

Abstract:

This article through the triaxial compression, shear, fracturing and hardness coefficient and determination of experiment, full understanding of shanxi coal mined here to DONGYI 9 # coal mechanics performance parameters; Through the triaxial compression experiment, get the measured cohesion of coal samples for C = 4.87 MPa, internal friction Angle for ; Through the shear experiment, get the measured cohesion of coal samples for , and internal friction Angle for ; The difference with the experiment results, because of coal samples bedding shear strength great influence, and for triaxial compression strength small effects. The maximum tensile strength of coal samples for 2.19 MPa, the minimum value is 0.74 MPa, the coefficient of variation was 0.293. Coal samples of the maximum pressure into the hardness of 613.06 MPa, the minimum value is 439.17 MPa, the coefficient of variation was 0.084. Plastic coefficient for a maximum of 3.00, the minimum value is 1.20, the variation coefficient is 0.26.Experimental results show that the coal strong level of medium strong ~ soft, rock Ⅴ ~ Ⅷ level. Through to the mechanical properties of coal quality experiment, for the mine coal mining machinery such as cut heart patient choice to provide the technical support and the scientific basis.
